Bates Smart Architecture

Five buildings are stepped to respond to the slope, offering spacious balconies and natural stone finishes that frame views over Newlands Park and the harbour.

Arcadia Landscapes

The 5,700 m² Green Spine, wellness pocket park, and Brisbane Water-inspired plantings weave a nature-rich backdrop through the campus.

Sustainability focus

Masterplan approval

Top Spring Australia secures approval for 330 residences over five buildings, consistent with Lane Cove Council’s St Leonards South framework.

2023

Construction begins

DASCO appointed as construction partner, early works commence around established parkland, and more than $100 million in sales recorded within weeks of launch.

2025

Stage 1 completion

Three buildings delivering rooftop terraces, communal gardens, and most of the urban amenities by late 2025.

2026

Stage 2 release

Remaining buildings open with new towers Gaia and Saige, extending the green spine for the entire precinct.
